Brief
We delivered our "AI for Leaders" workshop to a range of organisations including SteadyRack, OMSB, SEER Financial Group, and Glass Co Metro. This in-person session empowered leadership teams to navigate AI adoption strategically, understand the technology's practical applications, and uncover new opportunities for operational improvement, growth, and innovation.
Problem
While many organisations recognise that AI is crucial to their future, leaders often face uncertainty on where to begin. There is a widespread knowledge gap in understanding AI's real capabilities, the myths versus realities, and how to think strategically about implementing AI responsibly within their specific business contexts. These organisations wanted to upskill their leadership teams to ensure future readiness, operational excellence, and identify immediate and long-term AI opportunities.
Solution
We delivered a 4-hour in-person "AI for Leaders" workshop tailored to each client’s operational realities. The workshop covered:
- Strategy and governance, aligning AI with business goals
- AI fundamentals, debunking myths and showcasing real-world applications
- Understanding Large Language Models, Generative AI, and Computer Vision
- Practical ChatGPT skills and ethical AI usage
- Overview of Microsoft Copilot and AI Agents for productivity
Each session was highly interactive, guiding participants to map potential AI use cases inside their organisation. We focused on identifying repetitive processes, opportunities for automation, and areas where AI could drive efficiency, accuracy, growth, and cost reduction.
At Glass Co Metro, for instance, leaders uncovered more than 20 unique use cases.
Result
Across all organisations, participants left the session with a new level of confidence in understanding and applying AI. They gained practical tools to identify where AI could be implemented immediately and where it could shape future strategy. Organisations found:
- Clearer paths to operational efficiencies and cost reductions
- New revenue opportunities through AI-enhanced services
- Improved internal readiness to govern and manage AI adoption
